Cool concept but I also struggeled a bit to understand. Can you explain for an example why the green to blue sequence doesn't destroy the 2nd card (blue card) in the example screenshot? If I'm reading the table right it should be "Destroy"

Look, in the table, the vertical column represents the first card in a reaction, while the horizontal column represents the second card. So, you need to look at the intersection where the green element is vertical and the blue element is horizontal. So we get N - no reaction.
